JM: What types of facilities were available to help pass the time?
Bill: ged church and the gym if you was lucky to get
that
JM: Did you have regular access to the entertainment or was competition fierce?
Bill: no
JM: Did you have a hard time staying in shape while in jail?
Bill: yes anytime we made a water bag to lift waights
with the gaurds would come in to get it and then
they take and put us on punishment
JM: How often did you get to go outside?
Bill: maybe 2 times
JM: Did the jail offer church services? If so, what were they like and when were they held?
Bill: yes every thursday and sunday for guys and
tuesday and saturday for women very short they
only read like one script then talked for like 5
or 6 mins then prayed then taht was it

Up front, I'll admit I'm gay. I'll try to be as round about this as I can.
I'm wondering about finding other gay guys also interested in some leisure time together. Some thoughts, please, feel free to add on your comments, observations, thoughts, etc. Can we request to be cell mates together? Is it possible to find a place and time for time together? How friendly is the place? How easy is it to find another guy? How safe is it to be open about being gay? |

You're joking right? It's fine to be gay, but don't talk about that in jail. You will get your ass kicked. You will end up in PC (protective custody).
